Who we are
Migradora guides Dutch-speaking buyers in finding and buying a home in Spain. An independent Spanish lawyer investigates the property; we explain and oversee the process up to the notary. We bought and renovated several properties in Spain ourselves, so we know where things go wrong.

Buyer’s agent
Certified estate agent in Málaga and Amsterdam. Mostly helped expats find, assess and buy a home.

Founder
Law graduate, bought several properties in Spain himself. Reads the lawyer’s work and explains it to you.

“They make sure you really love the place you intend to bid... We never felt rushed to place any bid.”
